Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Ochanti account (Android package com.ochanti.app) and the data associated with it. Ochanti is developed by ShopeWow Ltd.

Delete in the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Ochanti app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
4. Type the confirmation word and tap “Delete permanently”.

Your account and data are removed immediately, and the app returns to its first-run state.

Request by Email

If you can’t access the app, email support@ochanti.com from the address linked to your account (or include your username), with the subject “Account deletion request”. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Account owner

Deleting an owner account permanently removes the entire organization and all of its data:

• Projects, workers, suppliers, materials and equipment
• Expenses, supplier & client invoices, quotes, receipts and payments
• Attendance, daily logs and checklists
• All supervisor accounts under the organization
• Notification tokens and cloud backups

Supervisor account

Deleting a supervisor account removes only that supervisor’s login and access. The organization’s data stays with its owner.

Data Retention

We do not retain your data after deletion. Records are removed from our live systems immediately and purged from operational backups within 30 days at most. We may retain a minimal amount of information only where required by law.

Data stored solely on your device (when the app is used without a cloud account) never leaves the device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
