All intellectual property rights in our Services — including software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other content — are owned by ShopeWow Ltd or our licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Services.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create through our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

- Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as cloud storage, payment processors, AI providers, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before using such services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. You use our Services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ShopeWow Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred British Pounds (£100), whichever is greater.
